BMW Concept Lovos, like a fish in water
Since we presented the BMW GINA already in 2008, the task of distinguishing the true BMW prototypes from which independent designers became even more difficult. What we offer today, under the name BMW Concept Lovos, It is a prototype that continues the path initiated by the GINA to perfection.
Anne Forschner, a student at Pforzheim University in Germany, is the proud mother of the child, this promising designer has been trained in the course of his career in the design studios of BMW, Mazda and Mercedes. And despite his young age, his creation is full maturity while leaving clear the futuristic style of his work and nobody would be scared if I saw this prototype next to the BMW Vision EfficientDynamics Concept recently one of the major auto shows.
The body of this spectacular prototype consists of 260 interchangeable mobile flakes, the functions they perform range from aerodynamics change depending on the speed, reduce the vehicle speed as an airbrake, or help battery charge of the car. While the car is parked, each small area would be oriented toward the sun to get the most out of the solar panels that cover.
In contrast to the external mechanical and highly technological car the interior is warm and soft, bringing its motto "lifestyle of voluntary simplicity" to the controls of the car. Perhaps we are witnessing the beginning of a greater versatility of the outer surfaces of the body, but as is usual in these cases will have to wait some time until you can see if it's true. Although I'm staying with the independent design of the BMW Concept S.X by Iulian Bumbu.
