It's like Woopra (java app) vs Clicky (web site) - who wants to deal with crap? It should be through the browser. I'm glad they're finally offering a premium service though, I have told them directly I would pay for their service because it's that good. (This was back when there were rumors that they were going to shut down soon beacuse of royalty increases). I think $36 is totally reasonable. That's $3 per month.
