To the great disappointment of anyone who writes about technology news, it now appears that Apple will not be buying Twitter. Not that this is really much of a surprise, but it is just a testament to the current stupidity of the coverage of Twitter and Apple. Stone and Biz were on The View this morning, and said emphatically, we are not for sale. Stick a fork in it. However, what money do you want to bet that when the news gets slow that another “suitor” comes along the good old blogging gods will again scream the hype.
You wonder if they get paid by the word.
