As a side note to all the MBA types in the world, PowerPoint is now moot. Prezi, gentlemen, is ascendant. Prezi, the brilliant online tool for creating the best presentations (can I say, prezi-tations?) has just nailed a funding round and the ever popular Jack Dorsey of Twitter fame has joined their board. From Robin Wauters at TweetCrunch:
“The startup just secured an undisclosed amount in Series A financing from Scandinavian VC firm Sunstone Capital
and is adding Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey
to its roster of company advisors.”
As a dedicated user, I am excited. As an advocate of the freemium business model, I am ecstatic. An internet company with revenue gets funded? Watch out, the bacon must be levitating.
